This is an urgent call to action!

Over the past 10 years, Aire Redtree has been developing HER Music,  a Fair-Trade, Non-Profit Record Label and Production Company. HER is an  acronym for “Heal Earth Rite”.  Our motto is “Save our MotHER".   HER Music is now pleased to announce the “Beats for Peace” Project.  The “Beats for Peace” Project is a series of Genre Specific Benefit Albums for Charities. The sole intention of this project is to help spread “Music with a Message” to the masses. 

It has always been the intention of HER Music to release Benefit Albums for charities using music as a media tool to promote awareness of causes that so desperately need our attention today.  The “Beats for Peace” Project focuses primarily on Hunger, Homelessness and Poverty.

There are 3 Benefit Albums scheduled to be released per year.  One Sampler CD featuring the various artists and styles that HER Music has to offer, One Genre Specific CD featuring tracks from a specific genre, and One Solo Artist CD, highlighting one of our featured artists selected from our roster of talented and progressive visionary artisans.

The charities selected to be the first recipients of the Benefit Albums will be: World Hunger Year,  the leader in the fight against hunger and poverty in the US  and around the world founded by Harry Chapin (my biggest inspiration to become a musician and activist in honor of my parents for playing his album endlessly growing up), Bay Area Rescue Mission,  a local homeless shelter, and Women for Women International, a charity organization that aids impoverished women in war torn regions.

What is also unique and special about this project is not only do the select charities benefit, receiving 100% of the Net Profits generated from the album sales, but our artists benefit as well, receiving 50% commission on every track sold, more than 5 times what most record labels offer to pay their artists in royalties.

These albums are also environmentally friendly. They will have no shrink wrap and are made from 100% recycled chipboard.
